十二指腸神経内分泌腫瘍に対する従来の内視鏡治療法では切除断端陰性が問題となっていました。最近はOTSCという器具を用いたEMROという切除法が報告されていますが、EMROにて切除できない病変に対してのESD技術を用いた新たな内視鏡的切除法「EMDO (Endoscopic muscularis dissection with over-the-scope clip)」を開発し、報告しました。今後はEMDOを行う機会が増えていくのではと考えています。（八田）
